Under no conditions will Woodbridge Basketball Association release personal information to any third parties in a way that discloses personal information, unless required by law or with the expressed permission of the owner of said personal information.  Woodbridge Basketball Association will not use any personal information for marketing or advertising purposes without the expressed written permission of the owner of said personal information.
